In the modern workplace, leveraging technology isn’t just about keeping up; it’s about thriving. Following interest on my last post on #leveraging #technology to enhance efficiency, here are five everyday work tools with #AI integrations that can #supercharge your efficiency and productivity:
✈️ Canva – Leverage Canva’s AI driven design tools and templates to create communication materials for internal communication, employee engagement, employer branding and other initiatives. Being good with Canva has minimized dependencies on the Comms team for designs for HR Initiatives, allowing us launch projects as scheduled when the comms team has other pressing priorities.
✈️ Grammarly – Available as integrated into MS. Word and other text tools, #grammarly helps ensure you are dotting your proverbial “I”s and crossing your “T”s when working on text related tasks.
✈️Microsoft #PowerPoint – The introduction of the designer tab on MS #Powerpoint has made life very easy for workplace content creators or training providers who need to create visually striking and engaging presentations. Even if your PowerPoint skills are basic, you can take your presentations from 0 to 100 in a few seconds by clicking the designer tab on the far-right hand corner in PowerPoint. Say goodbye to boring presentations! 😎
✈️Trello – With Trello, managing your team’s workflow and delegating tasks becomes easier. I was introduced to #Trello by a former colleague – Deji Fash and it’s been a match since then. There are other similar tools like ClickUp that can give you a similar functionality. Find what works for you and try it out.
✈️ Microsoft #Teams- Too many people underestimate the power of MS Teams and underutilize its capabilities. Do you know that beyond conducting virtual meetings and webinars on Teams, you can also leverage its #AI-#powered transcription services for note taking? Let me not get started with the many Microsoft #teams #app, integration capabilities (bring all your tools into teams and limit switching tabs to use #jira, #Freshdesk, #confluence or other tools) Teams Channels, and other features that can 10x your productivity. (Thanks Mayowa Agboade for teaching me most of what I know about teams today).
