A certified coach from the Center for CoRe Coaching, an ICF accredited Coach training center in West Africa; Ejiro provides coaching services to businesses and individuals in the areas of:

Her Coaching approach focuses on helping clients achieve what she has termed the Power C’s of Clarity, Competence and Completeness.

Ejiro has served as both in-house coach to a firm where she coached members of the executive Management team (CFO, CIO and CMO) and Members of the HR team; as well as a coach to individuals and teams.
